Production Manager – Technical Apparel Manufacturing
Location: San Diego
Employment Type: Full-time, Salary + Benefits + Options
About Tighties™
Tighties is the next generation of movement technology — wearable therapy designed to reduce pain, prevent injury, and unlock stronger performance. Unlike braces, sleeves, or tape that restrict or compensate, our patented Tighties Strapping System™ activates the body’s own muscles to do the work they were built for. By targeting the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and stabilizers of the hips and core, Tighties realigns movement patterns, redistributes load away from vulnerable joints, and helps the body move the way it was meant to. We are on a mission to shift the standard from external bracing to empowering the body’s own system — from pain to power, and from limitation to confidence in motion.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The right candidate is relentless in finding answers, resourceful when challenges arise, and precise in execution — whether it’s managing production schedules, tracking inventory, or negotiating with vendors. Beyond technical skill, this role requires someone who aligns with Tighties’ vision of building breakthrough products that give people confidence in motion. You’ll be at the heart of turning innovative designs into finished goods that impact lives — and that means balancing strategic foresight with day-to-day execution, never losing sight of quality, efficiency, or cost.

This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in technical apparel or softgoods manufacturing, who thrives at the intersection of production, supply chain, and inventory management.
